StackCreate Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates the MusicCam mobile application ("MusicCam" or "the App").

MusicCam is a mobile camera application that allows users to record videos while selecting music or audio files from their device.

2. Information and Permissions We Access

MusicCam may request access to certain device features and information. These permissions are required to provide the App's core functionality.

Camera

MusicCam requests access to your device camera to allow you to record videos.

Camera access is used only when you use camera and video recording functionality.

MusicCam does not use the camera to secretly monitor, track, or record you.

Microphone

MusicCam may request microphone access to record audio as part of video recording functionality.

Microphone access is used only when required by the recording functionality initiated by the user.

MusicCam does not continuously monitor or record microphone audio in the background.

Photos, Videos, and Media Files

MusicCam may access media files on your device when you explicitly select or save media through the App.

The App does not automatically scan your entire photo, video, or music library.

3. Information We Collect

Personal Information

MusicCam does not require you to create an account.

The App does not intentionally collect personal information such as:

5. Data Storage

MusicCam is designed to process user-generated media locally on the user's device.

Recorded videos and other media created through the App may be stored on your device according to Android's storage and media-management mechanisms and your device settings.

StackCreate Technologies does not operate a server that receives and stores your recorded videos, camera footage, microphone recordings, or selected music files through MusicCam.

You are responsible for managing media stored on your device.

Uninstalling MusicCam may remove application-specific data depending on Android's device and storage behavior. Media files that have already been saved to shared device storage may remain on your device until you delete them.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

MusicCam does not share your recorded videos, photos, microphone recordings, or selected music files with StackCreate Technologies or third parties through an online server.

MusicCam does not use your media content for advertising or behavioral profiling.

If you intentionally use Android's system sharing functionality or another application to share a video, audio file, or other content, that content may be transferred to the application or service you choose.

Such transfers are initiated by you and are governed by the privacy policy of the receiving application or service.

7. Third-Party Services and Libraries

MusicCam may use Android system components and third-party software libraries to provide core application functionality.

These components may include libraries provided as part of the Android ecosystem, such as camera, media, and file-selection functionality.

We aim to use third-party components only as necessary for the operation of MusicCam.

Third-party libraries may process technical information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

We do not intentionally provide your recorded videos, microphone recordings, or selected music files to third-party services for advertising or profiling.

MusicCam's core camera, video recording, and local media functionality does not require your recorded media to be uploaded to our servers.

Media saved to your device remains under your control and can be deleted using your device's file or media-management features.

MusicCam does not require an account, so there is no MusicCam user account that you need to request us to delete.

You can delete media created or saved by MusicCam directly from your device using the device's media or file-management functionality.

You can also uninstall MusicCam from your device.
